These are times of rapid change and, in times of rapid change, whether you find yourself celebrating change or being overwhelmed by change depends entirely on the state of your consciousness. When you’re in a state a consciousness that is rigid, closed down, or wedded to outdated beliefs, change is going to be extremely stressful, difficult, and painful. When you’re feeling flexible and open to everything, and your consciousness is fluid, change can be really delightful and can become an invitation for all sorts of new possibilities.

Basically, in order to thrive in a time of rapid change, what you need are not skills to change the outside environment but skills to liberate your own mind. What awakening means is to realize a dimension of yourself that is not limited by beliefs and reactive feelings but is actually intrinsically free. More and more people are waking up to that dimension of themselves which is intrinsically free, but the challenge for most people now is how to live this freedom in a sustainable way in everyday life.

The awakening itself, the opening to your deeper nature, may sometimes feel like an act of grace coming to you as a gift, but the living of it in a sustained way requires practice. Different ways of living are required which give the awakening a chance to breathe and to live.

Today millions and millions of people all over the world are having glimpses of an expanded state of consciousness which we call awakening. This has really been the subject of all of Arjuna Ardagh’s books, CD’s, and classes.

In this 4-part tele-seminar series, Arjuna and his team of highly-trained Awakening Coaches will guide you into radical awakening and share with you tools for recognizing and dissolving outmoded beliefs. We will explore ways to bring awakening consciousness into relationship, into parenting, into the workplace, into creativity, into the way we are with our bodies, and into the way we relate to the state of the world.

2. Be guided by trained Awakening Coaches into a direct realization of your true nature as spacious, present, and free.

3. Learn three ways to identify and dissolve unconscious “points of view” which keep us tuck in old patterns of experiencing reality.

4. Integrate tailor-made practices into your life to open up new channels of creativity and effective action.

5. Learn the art of “spontaneous creation”: generating the frequencies which guide an effective life from out of yourself.

6. Learn and experience the principles and practices of awakening coaching to discover if this modality is suitable to you.

7. Learn and dialogue with Arjuna Ardagh, the founder of Awakening Coaching.

8. Interact one-on-one with trained Awakening Coaches.
